Lasse Hansen has been working in the store for 15 years establishing good community connections. Taking over the business in 2010 he has brought in new equipment and new products to make Avalon Village Meats one of the finest butchery’s on the northern beaches.
Lasse has been a Master Butcher for 25 years learning the art while growing up in Denmark. He has introduced the strict Danish standards for quality, as well as introducing some Danish specialties such as the Pork Liver Pate and Danish Medister Sausages.
