Spit Roast Catering
Spit Roast Catering is the complete catering solution for your event. The spit is cooked fresh onsite. Our friendly catering staff cook, serve and clean up after ourselves so that you can be a guest at your own party. Included in the spit roast catering is a choice of 3 meats and 6 salads prepared fresh for your event, bread, and all the condiments. Available at an additional cost are plates and cutlery and also dessert.
Included in a spit:
- Meat: Choice of up to 3 from Pork, Beef, Lamb and Turkey cooked fresh onsite.
- Salads: Choice from a large variety. Popular choices include Creamy German Potato, Coleslaw, Apple Waldorf, Fresh sliced tomatoes with sundried tomato and fresh basil, Mediterranean, Creamy Pasta, Asian Noodle, Carrot Supreme.
- Bread: Fresh baguettes from La Banette
- Condiments: Beef - Mustards, Lamb - Mint Sauce, Pork - Apple Sauce, Turkey - Cranberry Sauce
- Optional Dessert: Cake with Cream and Fruit Salad.

BBQ Packs
Just tell us how many guests and what salads and meat you would like to serve and we will put the pack together ready for collection at your convenience. If you wish to have salads included in the order you need to place the order by Wednesday. Call us on 9918 3282 to discuss.
